They are seeking a Marketing / Sales Manager to lead regional marketing and sales efforts related to real property assets, ensuring effective property disposition and maximizing asset value.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for assigned geographic regions
- Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns, property listings, and sales activities
- Manage relationships with brokers, agents, vendors, and other real estate professionals
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and sales performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and applicable real estate regulations
- Provide leadership and direction to marketing and sales personnel
- Prepare reports, sales analyses, and performance updates for management review
- Support property valuation, disposition planning, and transaction coordination activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant real estate experience, including marketing, sales, or property disposition activities
- Experience supporting federal seizure and forfeiture operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real estate marketing practices, sales strategies, and property transaction processes
