Nob Hill Capital is seeking a Vice President of Project Management to take on a key executive role within the company's project governance and strategic execution frameworks. This position is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide project management strategy and the establishment of the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring the delivery of critical strategic projects and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate the company's overall project management strategy and project governance framework
- Establish an enterprise-wide PMO (Project Management Office) system
- Develop project management standards, processes, templates, and administrative guidelines
- Oversee enterprise-wide major projects, strategic transformation initiatives, and project portfolio management
- Manage project initiation assessments, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Ensure that the project portfolio remains aligned with the company's strategic objectives
- Supervise the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution through to delivery
- Control and monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and risks
- Drive the timely, on-budget, and high-quality completion of critical projects
- Coordinate resources across various departments, including Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources
- Resolve key obstacles and resource conflicts arising in cross-departmental projects
- Foster organizational collaboration and establish efficient communication mechanisms
- Establish project KPIs, project health metrics, and performance evaluation systems
- Provide regular project progress reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, or Executive Leadership Team
- Provide project-related business analysis and decision-making support
- Continuously optimize project management processes and delivery models
- Promote the application of methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Stage-Gate
- Establish best practices and knowledge management systems
- Build and lead a high-performance project management team
- Develop senior project managers, PMO leads, and project governance talent
- Cultivate a results-oriented, collaborative, and efficient project management culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 20+ years of experience in project management or operations management
- At least 15 years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects or project programs
- Experience establishing and building an enterprise-level PMO
- Enterprise-level project governance capabilities
- Project portfolio management capabilities
- Cross-functional coordination and resource integration capabilities
- Risk control and problem-solving capabilities
- Strategic execution and executive-level communication capabilities
- MBA, PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications
- Background in large corporate groups, technology firms, or engineering-centric enterprises
- Experience in digital transformation, ERP implementation, or global project management
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, and PRINCE2
- Experience managing cross-regional or international projects
