Monogram Health is a leading multispecialty provider of in-home, evidence-based care for complex patients with multiple chronic conditions. The IT Business Analyst leads requirements analysis and solution design activities, partnering with internal teams, external clients, and vendors to ensure clear and validated requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering with internal teams, clients, and vendor partners
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, functional specs, file specs, and process flows
- Support client onboarding and assist with integration requirements and workflow coordination
- Develop current- and future-state workflow documentation and process maps
- Facilitate implementation readiness activities, including dependency alignment and risk identification
- Participate in planning through go-live, supporting UAT, and project documentation
- Validate solutions using defined acceptance criteria; conduct basic data validation using Excel/SQL
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred, or any equivalent combination of education and or experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of analysis/analytical work experience in healthcare industry, preferably with health plans
- Evidence of proficient analytical and communication skills; ability to lead mid-level analysis work
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira for user story and requirements management
- Working knowledge of Excel and SQL for data analysis
- Understanding of system integrations, workflow automation, and implementation processes
