Birdeye is a leading agentic marketing platform for multi-location brands, and they are seeking an experienced Commercial Customer Success Manager to manage and grow their upmarket client base. The role involves onboarding, training, and ensuring clients maximize the benefits of Birdeye's platform while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering value.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our upmarket client base
- Help get new Birdeye users started and learn about their business and customer experience needs
- Ensure that clients know how to use Birdeye to their maximum benefit
- Craft communication and education tailored to each client's specific business processes
- Conduct account onboarding, training, management, retention, renewal, and expansion
- Listen to business customers and use expertise, creativity, and passion to meet their needs
- Articulate Birdeye value proposition clearly to clients
- Document all calls/customer interactions in CRM
