Senior Product Manager, Financial Institutions

TRM Labs is a company that provides AI-powered intelligence solutions to help agencies combat crime. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap for their compliance and AML suite, focusing on features that enhance the financial system's security as it transitions to blockchain technology.

Responsibilities:

• You'll own the product roadmap for TRM's compliance and AML suite, serving banks and financial services firms as the financial system migrates onto blockchain rails
• Get in front of customers before there's anything to show them
• Surface the problems they can't fully articulate, in domains where the stakes are real: financial crime, intelligence, national security
• Translate customer insight into a solution with your hands on it
• You're prototyping, iterating with designers, and actively driving what the product becomes
• Ship in hours and days, not weeks or months
• Build AI agents into the product and into your own workflow as a matter of course, not as an experiment
• Lead demos, run scoping calls, surface product feedback from the field, and translate it into roadmap unlocks that make each deal closeable

Requirements:

• 5+ years of PM experience at a B2B SaaS company
• Has led at least two complete product cycles from spec to launch in complex enterprise domains: security, fintech, intelligence, defense, or equivalent — owning the outcome end-to-end
• Experience building or shipping AI-powered products or workflows; already living in an AI-native workflow, not planning to start
• Demonstrated ability to ship in days; can walk through a real example
