RJM Technologies, Inc. is a growing technology company focused on delivering modern solutions that help organizations protect their people. They are seeking a Content Marketer to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness through high-quality content and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content tailored to buyer personas and different stages of the customer journey
- Create and support marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and increase engagement
- Own the end-to-end creation and management of blog content with a focus on SEO and GEO best practices
- Build and deploy email nurture campaigns, engagement flows, and templates
- Produce marketing assets including ebooks, sales sheets, case studies, infographics, and related collateral
- Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders on high-priority campaigns and initiatives
- Coordinate content and marketing efforts across departments to support company-wide alignment
- Research industry trends and translate insights into actionable content opportunities
- Proofread, edit, and review content to ensure quality and brand consistency
- Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of marketing experience focused on content creation, content strategy, or demand generation
- Professional writing and editorial experience
- Experience creating marketing content for digital campaigns, blogs, emails, and sales collateral
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization best practices
- Design experience and ability to create polished branded assets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Comfortable learning new technologies and incorporating AI tools into daily workflows
- US citizenship is required
- Experience with Pardot or other marketing automation platforms
- Experience with Google Workspace tools
- Exposure to AI tools such as Gemini or Claude
- Background supporting B2B SaaS or technology-focused organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
