Parakeet Health is a healthcare-native AI platform focused on modernizing patient communication and workflows. They are seeking a founding technical recruiter to lead the hiring process, define talent needs, and enhance the candidate experience while promoting the company's brand in the tech community.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End technical recruiting. Sourcing, outreach, screening, coordination, offers, and closing
- Candidate experience. Every touchpoint, from the subject line on the first email to day one in the office, should feel like Parakeet Health: personal, thoughtful, responsive
- Talent brand and community. Organize technical talks and private dinners. Craft social media posts and thoughtful outreach to attract the best talent
- Interview design and calibration. You’ll partner with the founders to keep the bar high and the process tight
- Closing strategy. You’ll build the closing plan with the hiring manager well before the offer goes out
- Operating with AI. You have a clear point of view on where AI sourcing, drafting, and automation tools create real leverage, and where the human still wins
- ATS discipline and metrics. You set the standard for data integrity and you'll make decisions based on the data (e.g., response rates, A/B testing copy)
- People operations. Because we’re early, the role will also include people ops like onboarding, employee experience, and team events
