Visory Health is a leader in the health technology field, focused on providing access to lower cost prescription medicines. They are seeking a Marketing Events and Logistics Coordinator to manage event strategy and fulfillment operations, ensuring successful execution of marketing events and logistics coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the annual event and trade show calendar in alignment with marketing and sales goals
- Research and select events based on ROI, audience fit, and brand impact
- Support the full cycle of planning, logistical coordination, on-site execution, and breakdown of all events, including consumer-facing events, clinical and industry tradeshows, and internal events/initiatives
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to manage event setup and teardown, team shifts, catering, attendee flow, and "day-of" adjustments
- Coordinate all travel, lodging, and staffing schedules for event attendees
- Track and manage all event-related timelines to ensure events go smoothly
- Handle the logistics and preparation of all outgoing shipments, ensuring product and marketing materials reach event warehouses, clients and company reps on schedule
- Work regularly with our warehouse and fulfillment center to coordinate pickups, monitor portal accuracy, and ensure projects and shipments are completed on time
- Track client and partner-specific mailings and handle their material requests
- Ensure company new hires are fully equipped with necessary marketing materials
- Plan, stock, and audit product inventory, including promotional items and event-specific materials
- Work with our graphic designer to ensure all marketing collateral and booth materials are kept current, professional, and on-brand
- Plan budgets and reconcile marketing expenditures in coordination with the Finance Team
- Drive efficiency by identifying and executing system-wide optimizations for the event and material ordering process
