Associate Technical Project Manager (Web Design)

Advance Local is launching Catalyst IQ, a new digital marketing and technology leader focused on empowering automotive dealers and manufacturers. They are seeking an Associate Technical Project Manager responsible for leading clients through website builds and maintenance projects, while gaining exposure to the digital landscape from design to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Working independently and partnering with the project team to ensure website maintenance and site build projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Educating and leading clients through the digital marketing project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution
• Plan, schedule, and develop timelines
• Gather and refine user stories and requirements
• Manage and update site content and features
• Engage in QA, UAT, and troubleshooting
• Synthesize information (requirements, client feedback, industry trends, etc.) to produce web content
• Act as the main point of contact for end users, connecting the dots between business requirements and website implementation
• Provide updates on project work and escalate issues as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent job experience required
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting/coordinating projects, preferably in a technology or web development environment
• Some client-facing experience
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
