Senior Data Analyst

Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform that is growing through a roll-up strategy acquiring estate agencies. They are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn complex data into structured insights that will improve performance and decision-making across Product, Operations, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities
• Define and track KPIs across operational and product performance
• Build clear, reliable dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Partner with Product and Engineering to support feature validation and performance measurement
• Break down ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches
• Improve data accuracy, consistency, and internal reporting standards
