Senior Salesforce SM

• The Senior Salesforce PM/SM/BSA will serve as a servant leader for Salesforce Agile delivery teams, ensuring effective Scrum adoption, smooth sprint execution, and continuous delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• The role requires strong Agile leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on Business Analyst capabilities in enterprise Salesforce environments.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 9+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce Agile delivery experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting Salesforce-based teams.
• Experience managing at least 2 3 large-scale Salesforce projects with a minimum duration of 6 months each.
• Strong Business Analyst skills including writing user stories.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High comfort level using issue tracking tools such as JIRA.

Experience:

• 9+ years of IT experience with focus on Salesforce implementations.
• Experience as PM/SM/BSA in Salesforce projects.
• Healthcare payer domain experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master/Project Manager/Business Analyst for Salesforce Agile teams.
• Work with multiple dependent teams and track project activities end-to-end.
• Act as primary point of contact for project execution and delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed.
• Write and manage user stories based on requirement discussions.
• Participate in requirement gathering and stakeholder calls.
• Support steering committee discussions and provide project updates.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Should Have:

• Healthcare payer domain experience is a strong plus.
• Experience participating in executive-level governance or steering committee meetings.
