Must-have experience
Experience in software engineering / architecture.
Strong .NET / C# / Core background.
Strong Azure architecture experience: App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Front Door, Redis, Storage, Service Bus / messaging, Application Insights, Key Vault, CI/CD.
Experience modernizing monoliths into modular platforms, services, or domain-aligned components.
Strong API, integration, security, observability, and production-readiness experience.
Ability to work directly with senior business and technology leadership.

Nice to have
Insurance, insurtech, fintech, banking, or regulated industry background.
Experience with high-growth companies or platforms under scale pressure.
Experience with DDD, CQRS, event-driven architecture, or service decomposition.
Experience designing systems for pricing, underwriting, policy, claims, or customer lifecycle workflows.
