- Lead engineering, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise security platforms.
- Design and review secure system architectures aligned with industry best practices and internal policies.
- Implement and manage security solutions across endpoint, network, cloud, and data protection layers.
- Provide advanced (Tier 3) technical support for security-related issues and escalations.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve security incidents and anomalies with potential business impact.
- Act as primary escalation point for complex customer and internal security issues.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and third-party providers for troubleshooting and solution design.
- Maintain accurate tracking of incidents using ticketing systems and provide timely updates.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (runbooks, SOPs, configuration standards).
- Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and data privacy practices.
- Continuously upgrade skills and maintain relevant security certifications.
- 5+ years in Security Engineering / Security Operations (Tier 3 or Senior level)
- Thales CipherTrust Transparent Encryption (CTE) Linux & Windows
- Microsoft Sentinel Data connectors, analytics rules, workbooks, automation
- KQL (Kusto Query Language) Detection engineering, threat hunting
- ThreatX Web & API security, policy tuning
- Cortex XDR Endpoint protection & incident response
- Palo Alto Networks Firewalls & Panorama
- Azure Security Stack:
- Azure Arc
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Azure Monitor
- Data Collection Rules (DCRs)
- Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL) Hardening & administration
- Windows (10/11, Server) Hardening & administration
- Python / PowerShell / Bash (security automation & configuration)
