Product Manager

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to bridge the gap between complex business workflows and technical engineering execution. Operating within an enterprise IT environment, you will be responsible for assessing specialized applications, platforms, and data product requests. This role requires a blend of business acumen and a deep understanding of technical architecture, system integrations, and data structures.

Location: Atlanta, GA (600 West Peachtree St. NW)

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units, executive leadership, and engineering teams to transform business requests into structured, prioritized product backlogs.
• Technical Leadership & Governance: Collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, and DBAs to evaluate technical feasibility, manage dependencies, and ensure features conform to security and regulatory compliance.
• Buy-vs-Build Analysis: Evaluate APIs, data integration plans, and existing software capabilities within the IT and transportation technology markets.
• Documentation & Process Optimization: Enforce consistent documentation protocols for internal/external solutions and optimize the IT project intake process.

What We Are Looking For (Core Skills)

• Product / Technical Program Management: 4+ years of experience (ideally within a government agency, enterprise IT, or transportation technology ecosystem).
• Technical Acumen: 2+ years of experience and familiarity with data pipelines, GIS/spatial data systems, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), or enterprise service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Vendor Management: 2+ years of experience overseeing outsourced or contractor-led software development efforts (highly desired).
