About this role
We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support and optimize operational contracting processes within a procurement department. This role focuses on mastering, managing, and optimizing existing data infrastructure-transforming raw data into actionable insights for strategic sourcing.

Key Skills Required (Must-Haves)
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- M365 & Power Platform Expertise (2+ Years): Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, and the Power Platform ecosystem (Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate).
- Data-Driven Process Optimization (3+ Years): Proven experience learning existing software systems to analyze data, find trends, and create more efficient workflows.
- Technical Agility: A strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to unfamiliar software and IT systems.
- Independent Execution: A self-motivated mindset with a track record of driving analytical projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Preferred (Bonus Points)
- Background or familiarity with procurement or supply chain operations.
- Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or Power Platform.
