Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions integrated with monitoring, AIOps, and automation platforms across on-premises and AWS environments.

This role requires strong architecture, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities to drive scalable automation and operational excellence initiatives.

• Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow automation solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules
• Conduct workshops and collaborate with application, infrastructure, and operations stakeholders to gather and finalize requirements
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and:
  • IT Operations tools
  • Monitoring platforms
  • Automation solutions
  • AIOps ecosystems
• Implement and enhance ServiceNow capabilities including:
  • Virtual Agent (VA)
  • Now Assist
  • Workflow automation
• Support automation initiatives across on-premises and AWS infrastructure environments
• Lead and mentor offshore and onshore teams to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, scalability, and operational expectations

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise IT operations transformation programs
• Exposure to cloud-native automation and observability platforms
• ServiceNow certifications preferred
