Giga is a rapidly growing voice AI startup that recently raised a $61M Series A. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to manage the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers while supporting the Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex interview schedules, including phone, virtual, and on-site interviews across multiple time zones
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the interview process
- Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the process
- Maintain data integrity within our ATS (Ashby), tracking candidates, updating statuses, and ensuring compliance
- Post open positions on company websites, job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), and social media platforms
- Assist in basic sourcing of candidates
- Initiate background checks, verify references, and prepare offer letters
- Assist with new hire paperwork and facilitate the transition to onboarding
- Maintain recruitment metrics, generate reports for stakeholders, and support special projects as needed
- Assist with job fairs, campus recruiting, and networking events
