KH + Madden is a full-service destination marketing agency that blends technology, creativity, and research-driven insights. As an Experiential Marketing Manager, you will create immersive experiences for clients, manage event logistics, and ensure successful execution of campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Create the strategy behind experiential events for our clients, from media-worthy moments to consumer-facing activations, including tradeshow presence
- Lead events from start to finish, handling everything from setup to teardown like a pro, and be the lead client POC during activation events
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and resources to make sure projects are delivered on point and on time
- Guide and collaborate with our teams in creative elements-think design, copy, and visuals-to ensure everything aligns with the vision
- Partner with our Creative Services Director to keep projects running smoothly, providing timely feedback and delegating tasks as needed
- Research, negotiate, and manage relationships directly with event vendors, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine
- Identify and secure partnerships with relevant brands to amplify event success. Post-event, you'll measure ROI and manage follow-ups to keep the momentum going
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing, preferably within an agency environment, for a major brand, or collection of brands
- 2+ years of tradeshow experience
- Experience with working remotely
- Highly Organized: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for effective internal team and external vendor communication
- Problem-Solver: Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly during live events
- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides). Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Cvent) is a plus
- Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
- This is a remote role, and the candidate must have a dedicated, professional home office setup and a reliable internet connection
