Workforce Solutions, LLC partners directly with organizations to connect them with top talent. They are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to manage the team's creative and client-facing efforts, including social media initiatives and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with social media and graphic design initiatives
- Strategic supportcreative direction with client marketing ideas
- Client meeting participation
- Project Management
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing or similar role
- Reliable, responsive, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- A strong communicator with a high level of personal accountability
- Able to manage deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Flexible with time zones (primarily Eastern, with some Western)
- A collaborative team player with a positive and professional approach
- Experience with WordPress or Wix Studio (WordPress preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe tools and/or Canva
- Basic video editing skills for social media and web content
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
- Experience within professional services such as public accounting or law firms is a plus, but not required
