HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking Customer Service Representatives to support their Preventive Care program. The role involves making calls to health plan members, educating them on cancer screenings and scheduling appointments while providing concierge-level support.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from members and physician offices
- Educate members on preventive care: mammograms, cervical cancer screenings, colonoscopies, annual wellness visits
- Schedule appointments and confirm procedures were completed
- Research cases, coordinate with providers, and track metrics
- Use multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Handle sensitive health information with empathy and professionalism
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years call center experience (outbound/dialer experience preferred)
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Typing speed: 30+ WPM
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web conferencing tools
- Available to work any shift between 8 AM–8 PM EST, Monday–Friday
- Hard-wired internet (minimum 5 Mbps upload / 10 Mbps download) — WiFi only does not qualify
- Comfortable making high-volume calls and multitasking across multiple screens
- Dedicated workspace with hard-wired internet connection
- Multiple monitors or ability to toggle between systems
- Quiet, professional environment for phone work
- Healthcare, insurance, or managed care experience
- Telephonic sales or appointment-scheduling background
- Preventive care or wellness program knowledge
