MadConnect is a rapidly growing company in the adtech space, focused on creating AI-ready data infrastructure for marketing and advertising. They are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead events, manage social media, and execute demand generation strategies while leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of our industry events, dinners, and activations. We're known for throwing great events, and we need someone who can keep that momentum going
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, sponsorships, and on-the-ground execution
- Develop creative concepts that make our events memorable and talked about
- Be on-site, hands-on, and in the details, from run-of-show to swag to follow-up
- Help evolve and protect MadConnect's brand voice across all channels, with a clear point of view on AI, connectivity, and the agentic future of marketing and advertising
- Own our social media presence end-to-end: writing, posting, engaging, and growing our following
- Create content that keeps our vibe unmistakably MadConnect: fun, bold, and culturally relevant
- Own and manage HubSpot for lead capture, nurturing, segmentation, and reporting
- Design and execute campaigns that fill the top of the funnel and support the sales team
- Track performance metrics and optimize continuously. You're comfortable in the data
- Build compelling sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and pitch materials in partnership with our graphic designer
- Translate complex product capabilities (data connectivity, AI infrastructure, agentic workflows) into clear, persuasive messaging for buyers
- Partner closely with the sales team to ensure marketing is driving real pipeline and arming reps with what they need
- Use AI tools across the marketing stack to make us faster, smarter, and more efficient: content drafting, research, audience insights, campaign optimization, repurposing, reporting, and beyond
- Continuously test and adopt new AI tools and workflows, sharing what works with the rest of the team
- Help MadConnect practice what we preach: marketing for an AI infrastructure company should itself be an example of AI-native marketing
- Collaborate with our PR team on the communications calendar, announcements, and earned-media moments
- Help surface story ideas, customer wins, and thought leadership angles for the team to run with
