Web Middle + Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

INFUSE is seeking a Web Middle + Project Manager to own delivery across a main website and its network of mini-sites, ensuring alignment across multiple departments. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of website initiatives, coordinating daily work, and driving process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of website initiatives - content updates, feature releases, technical improvements, and integrations
• Coordinate daily work across Development, Design, Marketing, and HR
• Balance competing priorities, manage risks early, and adapt when things shift
• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive process improvements that make the team faster and delivery more predictable
• Support change management during major website transitions
• Use data and analytics to inform optimization decisions and recommendations
• Translate business needs into clear project tasks, managing priorities to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
• Lead development team activities: capacity planning, daily standups, sprint ceremonies, and workflow optimization

Requirements:

• 3+ years of web/digital project management experience
• 1+ year of business analysis experience (requirements gathering, process mapping)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and web analytics tools
• Strong communicator - able to present to stakeholders and resolve cross-team conflicts
• Data-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
