Ob Hospitalist Group is the nation’s largest provider of customized obstetric hospitalist programs, dedicated to transforming maternal health. They are seeking a Clinical HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to operational and medical leadership teams, providing HR support across various initiatives such as employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units and executive leadership teams
- Partner with operational and medical leaders on strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance improvement, corrective action, and career development
- Support clinician onboarding, engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives
- Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with operational and business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor and change agent to support organizational growth and transformation
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with federal and state employment laws and internal policies
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives and HR process improvement efforts
- Analyze organizational processes and identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and outcomes
- Manage HR projects and special initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive exempt-level Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Previous HR experience supporting clinicians or healthcare operations
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
