Leisure Life Travel is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Remote Customer Service Travel Coordinator. In this position, you will assist clients with vacation planning, reservation support, and customer communication to create positive travel experiences across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with cruises, hotels, resorts, vacation packages, and travel reservations while maintaining strong communication throughout the booking process
- Supporting clients with itinerary updates, reservation changes, travel questions, and general customer service needs
- Researching destinations, learning supplier systems, maintaining client records, and following up with prospective and existing travel clients
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, scheduling, reservations, administrative support, sales support, or remote work environments
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must reside in the United States
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, sales, call center support, or administrative work
