- Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their travel needs are understood and met
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high levels of client engagement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy
- Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM tools, and standard office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with travel services or the travel industry is a plus but not required
- Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
