About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Global Program Director to lead the enterprise-wide design, implementation, and scaling of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (and/or Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud) across our global commercial organization. This is a senior, highly visible leadership role at the intersection of enterprise CRM strategy, Agentic AI innovation, and commercial excellence in Life Sciences.
You will serve as the primary IT partner to global Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access leadership - translating complex business priorities into scalable Salesforce roadmaps and ensuring that AI-powered capabilities, data governance, and user adoption are embedded from day one. A deep command of Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, and omnichannel orchestration is essential.
Program Leadership & Strategy

Own and drive the global Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud / CRM transformation roadmap, aligning with enterprise Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access priorities.

Build and present executive-level business cases (multi-million dollar program scale) and secure cross-functional sponsorship across IT, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, and Enterprise Data teams.
Agentforce & AI-Powered Capabilities
Data Governance & Compliance

Embed robust governance, risk management, and privacy standards - GDPR, HIPAA-equivalent, and emerging AI regulation - into all CRM capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

15+ years in enterprise CRM program management, commercial IT, or Salesforce transformation roles, with direct Life Sciences / Biopharma experience strongly preferred.

Proven track record delivering large-scale, global Salesforce implementations (Life Sciences Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Veeva CRM) on time and on budget.

Background in global program governance across multiple geographies and functional domains (Oncology, CVRM, Rare Disease, or similar).
