Experience

6 10 years of overall IT experience
3+ years of hands on Salesforce Data Cloud experience
Proven delivery experience in Banking / Financial Services environments
Hands on Developer or Lead role experience (not purely architecture)

Technical Skills

Salesforce Data Cloud: Ingestion, DMOs, Transformations, Identity Resolution
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data models and integrations
Strong SQL and data transformation skills
REST APIs, MuleSoft, or equivalent integration platforms

Domain Knowledge

Banking customer data, account structures, consent, compliance, and privacy requirements
Experience handling PII and financial data in regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience activating Data Cloud audiences to Marketing Cloud
Exposure to Customer 360 and analytics use cases
Salesforce Certifications preferred:
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant / Architect
- Salesforce Data Architect

Job Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer / Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise scale data solutions for a banking and financial services program. This is a hands on, onsite role focused on implementing secure, scalable, and compliant customer data platforms leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud tightly integrated with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Strong hands on experience with Salesforce FSC and prior banking domain experience are mandatory for this role. The candidate must be comfortable working in a regulated, data sensitive, onsite delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Data Cloud & FSC Development (Must Have)

Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, DMOs, transformations, harmonization, and identity resolution.
Implement and support integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Build unified customer profiles, calculated insights, and audience datasets leveraging FSC data models (Households, Financial Accounts, Relationships).

Data Integration & Engineering

Develop integrations with core banking systems, Salesforce FSC, CRM platforms, and enterprise data sources using APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools.
Support both batch and near real time data ingestion patterns aligned to banking data standards.
Collaborate closely with onsite CRM, Marketing, and Enterprise Data teams.

Performance & Production Support

Optimize Data Cloud models, transformations, identity rules, and processing performance.
Troubleshoot ingestion issues, data quality gaps, reconciliation issues, and activation failures.
Support onsite releases, production deployments, and post go live stabilization.

Technical Leadership (Lead Role)

Act as Salesforce Data Cloud technical lead on assigned banking initiatives.
Provide solution guidance, design reviews, and best practice recommendations.
Mentor junior developers and ensure coding and data standards are followed.
