Senior Project Manager | 2 days a week remote

Flowtec Construction is a globally recognized General Contractor headquartered in Chicago, seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their leadership team. The role involves leading complex projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing project teams, and mentoring Project Managers while ensuring successful execution on large-scale Chicagoland projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
• Coordinate closely with in-house architecture and engineering teams
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and project staff
• Drive successful execution on large-scale Chicagoland projects

Requirements:

• 8–15+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Strong background in ground-up construction
• Experience managing projects valued at $75M+
• Prior experience overseeing or mentoring 1–2 Project Managers
• Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
