Senior Functional Business Analyst – Infor VISUAL

O2 Technologies, Inc is seeking a Senior Functional/Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Infor VISUAL to provide production support in a heavily customized environment. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, triaging and resolving tickets, managing access requests, and troubleshooting issues across multiple VISUAL modules.

Responsibilities:

• This role will support day‑to‑day operations, triage and resolve tickets, manage access requests, and help analyze and troubleshoot issues across multiple VISUAL modules
• Provide production support across VISUAL Financials, Manufacturing/MRP, Costing, Projects, and Work Orders
• Troubleshoot issues in a highly customized environment, including reverse‑engineering existing solutions
• Support, triage, and resolve tickets and access requests with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and strong customer service
• Assist with enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements as needed

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Infor VISUAL 9, including core functional modules
• Strong technical capabilities in Visual Macros, Custom VB.NET solutions, Crystal Reports, SSRS, and SQL Server administration
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering
