Facets Business System Analyst

Brillio is seeking a Facets Business System Analyst to support healthcare payer operations and business teams. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, perform administrative changes within the Facets platform, and ensure effective communication between business and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business users to collect and document requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Perform Facets administrative/configuration changes
• Coordinate with technical and QA teams for implementation and testing
• Support production issues and enhancement requests
• Participate in stakeholder discussions and provide functional recommendations
• Ensure smooth communication between business and technology teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with the Facets platform
• Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in healthcare/payer domain
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with Facets administration/configuration changes
• Strong understanding of healthcare processes such as claims, membership, providers, benefits, or enrollment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate testing, validation, and production support activities
• Experience with issue analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvements
• Experience working with large healthcare payer organizations
• Knowledge of SQL or basic data analysis
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Exposure to healthcare integrations or downstream systems
• Understanding of compliance and healthcare regulatory processes
