OneThirtyFive is a company that helps B2B startups accelerate top-of-funnel growth through a specialized team of Business Development Representatives. They are seeking an enthusiastic intern to assist with business development, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day operations, providing hands-on exposure to various aspects of startup operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and product strategy
- Support the Business Development team in preparing and executing cold calling campaigns, including list research, messaging, call preparation, and follow-up
- Participate in strategy meetings and provide input on business development tactics, outbound messaging, and market opportunities
- Help with content creation for OneThirtyFive and Rep2x, including LinkedIn posts, short-form sales content, marketing ideas, customer education materials, and campaign concepts
- Assist with marketing strategy for Rep2x, including positioning, audience research, competitive research, content planning, and go-to-market ideas
- Conduct market analysis to better understand sales hiring, B2B outbound, AI tools, and startup growth trends
- Collaborate with the team on projects that improve sales processes, client engagement, and prospecting effectiveness
- Gain exposure to AI-driven sales tools, sales hiring technology, call analysis, and modern outbound workflows
- Help organize and participate in networking events, prospecting campaigns, and other initiatives that promote OneThirtyFive and Rep2x
- Be willing to make cold calls when needed and learn how effective outbound sales works in a real startup environment
