They are seeking a Software Engineer with strong Rust skills to develop and maintain backend services for an AI platform, focusing on performance and reliability in a cloud-native environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services in Rust running on Kubernetes-native cloud infrastructure
- Contribute to the design and implementation of distributed systems that support AI and ML workloads
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate actively in code reviews
- Collaborate with platform and ML teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions
- Identify and resolve performance and reliability issues across backend services
- Support the continuous improvement of engineering standards and development practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT roles
- 4+ years of experience with Rust as a primary programming language
- Experience building and operating services in cloud-native, distributed environments
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architecture
- Exposure to AI, ML platform, or LLM/RAG workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality
- Advanced proficiency in English
