Trilyon, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Project Manager with experience in B2B or SaaS environments. The role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex timelines, competing priorities, and many moving pieces at once
- Drive clarity on ownership and hold teams accountable to agreed deadlines
- Lead working sessions, summarize decisions and tradeoffs, and make complex plans easy to understand for different audiences
- Work with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, and be proficient with Google Workspace
- Use dashboards and basic reporting to understand performance and progress, and inform recommendations or escalate risks
- Create structure, improve processes, and develop scalable ways of working
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or program coordination in a B2B or SaaS environment, working across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Proven ability to manage complex timelines, competing priorities, and many moving pieces at once, with a 'no detail is too small' mindset and a track record of delivering on time
- Comfortable working with a wide range of partners (Demand Gen, Field, Events, Web, Creative, Analytics, Sales, etc.), driving clarity on ownership, and holding teams accountable to agreed deadlines in a respectful, collaborative way
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; skilled at leading working sessions, summarizing decisions and tradeoffs, and making complex plans easy to understand for different audiences, including managers and senior leaders
- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana (or similar), plus proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Comfortable working with dashboards and basic reporting to understand performance and progress, and using data to inform recommendations or escalate risks
- Enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and scalable ways of working, while staying flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Low ego, proactive, dependable, and positive, with strong interpersonal skills and a company-first mindset
- Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and/or marketing automation platforms is a plus
