RJI Search is a growing health company seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to expand its presence across the New York metro market. The role involves managing the full sales cycle and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance client experiences with innovative mobile health solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients across the NY metro healthcare landscape
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Continue nurturing accounts post-sale to drive expansion and renewals
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Attend relevant industry events and conferences
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource and trusted advisor to your clients on mobile health trends, capabilities, and implementation best practices
Requirements:
- 3–5 Years Min in B2B healthcare sales
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, healthcare equipment, digital health, health tech, or a related space — mobile health, SaaS, telehealth, or health and wellness solutions experience
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying connected and collaborative with your team
- Consultative sales approach
- Strong communication skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling into clinical, administrative, or HR decision-makers at healthcare organizations
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM
- A bachelor's degree
