Remote Customer Service Representative / Travel Agent

Epic Escapes with Shonda is seeking a friendly and organized Remote Customer Service Representative / Travel Agent to join their team. This role involves assisting clients in planning unforgettable travel experiences while providing excellent customer service from the first inquiry through the completion of their trip.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with planning and booking vacations including cruises, resorts, flights, hotels, and vacation packages
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and messaging platforms
• Provide travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget
• Research destinations, travel options, and promotions
• Process bookings, payments, and travel documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and booking information
• Handle travel changes, cancellations, and customer concerns professionally
• Promote travel deals, special offers, and new destinations
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online booking platforms
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
• Passion for travel and helping others plan experiences
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous travel industry experience preferred but not required
• Sales or hospitality experience is a plus
