Pavago is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing Operations to lead and execute high-impact digital marketing initiatives. The role involves driving organic growth, managing marketing systems, overseeing website and SEO initiatives, and leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels
- Drive organic growth strategies across SEO, content, and digital marketing efforts
- Coordinate and manage ongoing marketing campaigns and operational priorities
- Support revenue-focused marketing initiatives and performance tracking
- Create and oversee daily social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
- Produce or manage high-quality content including blogs, articles, PR outreach, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure visually engaging and brand-aligned content
- Maintain consistency across messaging, branding, and communication
- Lead Technical SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, audits, backlink strategies, and organic growth planning
- Manage website projects using ASTRO, headless WordPress, or similar CMS technologies
- Monitor SEO performance and implement improvements based on analytics and industry trends
- Stay updated on evolving SEO, AIO, and AI-driven search strategies
- Manage marketing workflows, reporting systems, and operational processes
- Support quarterly reporting, shareholder updates, and performance analysis
- Coordinate marketing projects across internal teams and external partners
- Ensure operational efficiency across campaigns, systems, and communication workflows
- Leverage AI tools to improve content production, SEO research, automation, and marketing workflows
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive marketing tasks using AI platforms
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies to improve efficiency and campaign performance
- Support AI-first operational improvements across the marketing function
- Support crisis-response marketing initiatives when required
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness during high-priority or time-sensitive situations
- Ensure brand communication remains consistent and aligned during critical events
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing, growth, or marketing operations role
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO and organic growth strategies
- Experience managing websites using ASTRO, WordPress, or headless CMS platforms
- Experience with Google Ads, backlink analysis, and SEO tools
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their use in marketing workflows
- Experience managing marketing projects and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Ability to independently manage and execute marketing initiatives
- Active involvement in the SEO or digital marketing community
- Experience with HubSpot, Slack, Asana, or similar operational tools
- Experience in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or travel-related industries
- Experience leading crisis-response marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with Revenue Operations or marketing analytics systems
