About this role
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce. The role focuses on improving customer relationship management processes and supporting CRM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements for CRM and Salesforce systems
- Analyze sales, service, and marketing processes
- Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Work with developers and administrators
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- At this time, we are only able to consider candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Salesforce certifications (Admin preferred)
- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Knowledge of APIs and integrations
