Software Engineering Manager-Calculations

The Software Engineering Manager for Calculations will lead a high-performing team, shape product features, and enhance engineering processes while collaborating across departments to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute an ambitious program of product features, technical debt eliminations, and scalability advancements
• Coach and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers
• Own end-to-end solutions while continuously improving engineering processes and velocity
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact across R&D

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years leading software engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context
• Experience or interest in financial technology
• A great communicator adept at working with cross-functional partners
• You value developing people and coaching engineers to succeed
• Experienced with managing software projects throughout the SDLC, improving team agile processes, estimation and project planning
