Oracle is seeking a Lead Project Manager for their Health Federal Consulting team to oversee and improve the availability and assignments within the End User Adoption delivery team. This role is critical for integrating new team members while ensuring compliance and security in the federal space, and involves strategic design, execution, and mentoring of project managers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic design, execution, and continuous improvement of the reporting and availability of over 1,000 associates that are each specialized in specific Solutions
- Serve as the senior point of contact and escalation resource for capacity constraints, contract requirements at risk, and areas that need additional capacity added
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of compliance, access, and security requirements
- Establish program-level tracking, governance standards, and risk management protocols to proactively address delays and systemic issues
- Develop and own communications strategies that ensure clarity, consistency, and accountability across associates, teams, and leadership
- Drive process standardization and scalability initiatives, identifying and implementing improvements that support organizational growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior and senior project managers supporting onboarding coordination
- Synthesize program data into executive-level reporting, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in project management or program leadership, preferably within healthcare technology or federal programs
- Master's degree in business, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success leading complex programs independently and managing competing priorities at scale
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain federal security clearance
- PMP or other advanced project management certification
- Experience leading complex labor capacity and reporting status in highly regulated environments
- Strong business acumen and comfort navigating ambiguity at an organizational level
- Proven track record of leveraging data, metrics, and program insights to drive strategic process improvements
