Title: SEC Reporting Analyst
Location :Rosemead, CA -Hybrid onsite Mon & Tue
Pay rate : $76/hr - $86/hr on w2
Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
They are looking for a Senior SEC / Financial Reporting Accounting professional with strong experience in:
- SEC reporting and external financial reporting
- Financial statement consolidation
- GAAP interpretation and compliance
- Intercompany eliminations and top-side adjustments
- Accounting research and technical accounting
- Financial disclosures, XBRL tagging, and SEC filings
- SAP ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Cross-functional collaboration with finance/accounting teams
- Process improvements and implementation of new accounting standards
Preferred Background:
- CPA certified accountant
- Utility/Energy industry experience
- Experience with Workiva
- Knowledge of FERC reporting/Uniform System of Accounts
Key Traits They Want:
