- Serve as the main contact for clients and keep communication open and clear

- Translate client requests into simple direction for Creative, Media and Strategy
- Manage projects from kickoff to delivery, tracking time and budget
- Present work and share practical recommendations in meetings
- Spot opportunities for account growth and share them with senior leads
- Track budgets and raise flags when concerns arise
