They are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Manager of Content Marketing to lead the development and performance of a modern content engine that unifies brand and demand generation, ensuring content effectively supports pipeline, engagement, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead a content strategy that integrates brand generation (thought leadership, awareness, market education) with demand generation (pipeline, conversion, revenue)
- Ensure alignment with Bamboo Health's brand while tailoring content to personas, buying stages, and decision-makers across the organization
- Build a cohesive narrative that connects top-of-funnel storytelling to measurable business outcomes
- Lead creation of a wide range of content, including thought leadership, research reports, case studies, ROI/value-based assets, webinars, sales collateral, and campaign content
- Translate product capabilities and data into clear, outcomes-based messaging for executive and decision-making audiences
- Leverage internal SMEs, clinical experts, and data insights to produce authoritative, differentiated content
- Partner with Growth and Sales teams to ensure content supports pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and customer conversations
- Build a scalable “create once, activate everywhere” model with strong repurposing and lifecycle management
- Utilize AI-powered content generation tools to accelerate production, enhance quality, and scale content efficiently while maintaining a strong editorial voice
- Explore opportunities to enhance content workflows through AI and automation tools (e.g., document summarization, content repurposing, or data-driven personalization)
- Serve as the primary content point of contact for the PR agency, helping shape thought leadership narratives, support media opportunities, and ensure message consistency across earned and owned channels
- Connect with internal stakeholders to identify and activate relevant media and thought leadership opportunities
- Use data and insights to continuously refine content strategy and improve ROI
- Implement scalable processes that connect content efforts to measurable business impact
- Identify repetitive tasks and partner with team leads to implement scalable automation solutions that free capacity for higher-value creative work
- Stay current on emerging AI tools and how they can streamline or enhance content marketing workflows
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on B2B healthcare, health tech, or public sector markets
- Proven ability to lead both brand generation and demand generation content strategies that drive measurable outcomes
- Strong ability to develop outcomes-driven messaging for executive and decision-making audiences
- Hands-on experience creating content for web, social, email, and paid channels
- Working knowledge of AI content generation and marketing tools and an understanding of how to apply them effectively in a marketing workflow
- Experience collaborating with or managing external PR agencies
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex healthcare topics into clear business value
- Light design capabilities using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or similar to create polished, effective content assets
- Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific platforms) to improve daily workflows
- Background in high-growth SaaS or health tech companies
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions
- A forward-thinking, curious mindset with an openness to experimenting with new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions
