Ob Hospitalist Group (OBHG) is the nation’s largest provider of customized obstetric hospitalist programs, dedicated to improving women's healthcare. They are seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise operational systems that enhance healthcare operations and improve user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy focused on operational excellence and business value
- Gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable product initiatives
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities
- Lead prioritization efforts based on business impact, value realization, and resource constraints
- Oversee implementation of system enhancements, integrations, and third-party vendor solutions
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors
- Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements
- Design and implement optimized workflows that improve scalability, compliance, and user experience
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations and IT teams to align business processes and technology solutions
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and governance standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using structured process improvement methodologies
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics
- Utilize data insights to support product prioritization, investment decisions, and process enhancements
- Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend data-driven solutions
- Ensure data quality and integrity across systems and reporting environments
- Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders
- Communicate product progress, outcomes, risks, and opportunities to leadership teams
- Act as a product ambassador and subject matter expert for assigned platforms and initiatives
- Manage timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Support testing, implementation, adoption, training, and change management activities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience delivering business value through technology solutions and operational improvements
- Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow optimization, and business process analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Experience leading enterprise application initiatives and collaborating with technical and business teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Technology, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare operations, recruiting operations, or marketing operations environments
- Experience with business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of project management, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience working with enterprise applications, vendor management, and system integrations
