Oxbridge Student Investment Council (OSIC) is the first active, joint student investment fund shared between the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge. They are seeking a Product Manager Web3 / Crypto / Blockchain to lead the development of blockchain-based products and initiatives that align with the council’s investment and educational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Research the market and users: Analyze competitors, conduct user interviews, study on-chain data to find unmet needs and growth opportunities
- Formulate product strategy and roadmap: Define the product vision, prioritize features, and balance "quick wins" with long-term goals
- Write specifications and set tasks for developers: Translate user needs into clear User Stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Manage the backlog and sprints: Plan iterations, conduct standups, and track deadlines and implementation quality
- Launch features and measure results: After release, track key metrics (TVL, DAU, retention, trading volumes), collect feedback, and iteratively improve the product
- Interact with all stakeholders: Synchronize development, marketing, community managers, BD, and leadership around a unified product vision
