Sift is building a safer internet, and they are seeking a Growth Campaign Manager to help drive web inbound lead volume and new logo acquisition through integrated marketing programs. This role involves designing AI-powered campaign workflows, increasing lead volume across various channels, and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design and operate AI-powered campaign workflows that automate targeting, personalization, content iteration, and follow-up across the full funnel
- Help increase web inbound lead volume across paid and organic digital channels, email, social, third-party programs, and relevant follow-up motions
- Serve as a central campaign operator, coordinating messaging, timing, budgets, audiences, and execution across stakeholders and channels
- Develop prompt libraries, campaign playbooks, and AI-assisted briefs that accelerate execution and improve consistency across channels
- Own select demand generation programs including third-party campaigns such as content syndication, sponsored newsletters, sponsored content, and other scalable lead generation initiatives
- Use AI tooling to build audience segments, generate and test copy variants, and dynamically adapt campaigns based on performance signals
- Monitor performance against campaign goals and quarterly targets, identify gaps to plan, and recommend adjustments to improve traffic, engagement, MQL generation, meetings, and pipeline contribution
- Support the execution of select field marketing programs, including events, executive programs, and related follow-up activities where they align to business priorities
- Manage external vendors and partners, program budgets, timelines, and reporting to ensure programs are delivered effectively and efficiently
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with meaningful ownership of growth marketing, demand generation, and digital campaigns
- Experience building AI-assisted campaign workflows or automations
- Ability to write clear, effective prompts and adapt AI outputs into on-brand, high-converting campaign assets
- Experience managing paid and organic digital programs, including campaign activation across email, social, sponsored content, content syndication, newsletters, webinars, or related lead generation channels
- Familiarity with digital/social outbound motions and how to coordinate campaign execution across multiple channels
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and keep stakeholders aligned
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Operations
- Strong analytical orientation, with experience measuring campaign performance, managing to targets, and translating results into optimization plans and corrective action
- A genuine curiosity about where AI is headed in marketing and a track record of adopting new tools before they become mainstream
