Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional OMS Manager to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise Order Management Systems (OMS) for large-scale retail commerce environments.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Kibo OMS, Orderful integration platforms, and Drop Ship processes, along with strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management capabilities. This role will focus on enhancing AutoZone s OMS ecosystem to ensure seamless end-to-end order orchestration, fulfillment, and enterprise integration across omnichannel commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

OMS Functional & System Ownership

• Own and manage the end-to-end OMS ecosystem including:
• Kibo OMS
• Orderful
• Kibo Drop Ship modules
• Document, analyze, and enhance current OMS workflows, integrations, and system capabilities.
• Define and optimize end-to-end order lifecycle processes including:
• Order capture
• Routing
• Fulfillment
• Drop Ship operations

Integration & Solution Architecture

• Drive seamless integrations between Kibo OMS, Orderful, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on:
• API-led integrations
• Event-driven architectures
• Enterprise application connectivity
• Ensure OMS solutions align with AutoZone s existing enterprise architecture and operational processes.

Assessment & Gap Analysis

• Conduct current-state assessments of OMS platforms and integrations.
• Perform technical and functional gap analysis.
• Recommend scalable solution approaches for OMS enhancements and Drop Ship enablement.
• Support process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.

Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including:
• Sprint planning
• Backlog grooming
• Daily stand-ups
• Sprint reviews
• Retrospectives
• Define and enforce:
• Definition of Ready (DoR)
• Definition of Done (DoD)
• Drive delivery execution within Agile / SAFe frameworks across cross-functional teams.

Engineering & Delivery Execution

• Support engineering teams in implementing and enabling Kibo Drop Ship capabilities.
• Coordinate across development, QA, integration, and business teams.
• Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality OMS and integration solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure successful end-to-end solution delivery.
• Manage project scope, priorities, timelines, and delivery milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in:
• Computer Science

• 10+ years of experience in:
• Order Management Systems (OMS)
• Retail commerce platforms

• Strong techno-functional expertise in:
• Kibo OMS
• Orderful or similar EDI/integration platforms
• Drop Ship processes
• Hands-on experience with:
• API-based architectures
• Event-driven integrations
