We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team in delivering enterprise-grade backend solutions. This role is perfect for a backend architect who thrives on building scalable APIs, managing high-volume data streams, and handling enterprise integrations.

- Location: Indianapolis, IN
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
- Interview Process: Webcam only (100% remote interview)
- Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST
The 4 Core Pillars of this Position
To be successful, candidates must have deep expertise in these key areas:
- Backend & API Architecture (7+ Years): Strong expertise in Java and the Spring Boot framework to design secure, scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Data & Queue Optimization (5+ Years): Hands-on experience building/optimizing batch processes and implementing event-driven, asynchronous messaging using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.
- Enterprise Integration (3+ Years): Proven experience with MuleSoft integration flows and API-led connectivity.
- Cloud & Database Environment: Practical experience deploying applications to AWS and writing advanced PostgreSQL functions/stored procedures.
Familiarity with UI frameworks (Angular/React) and document automation tools (SmartDocuments/Adobe Forms) is a strong plus.
