AI Engineering Summer Intern

Arine is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and clinical services company focused on improving patient outcomes through medication optimization. They are seeking an AI Engineering Intern to work on AI logic for clinical documentation and prompt generation to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities:

• You will focus on the AI logic required to convert unstructured call summarizations into high-quality, clinical-grade SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) notes
• You will help build Arine's prompt generation, defining guardrails and determining how the agent should respond to questions or comments from the stakeholder it is talking to

Requirements:

• Experience with LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT-X) and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda) and Python
• Experience with Azure (AI Foundry)
• Interest in healthcare technology and clinical documentation workflows
• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States
• Stable high-speed internet connection and a private work area for HIPAA compliance
• Ability to pass a background check and complete Information Security/HIPAA training upon hire
• Experience with Claude
• Healthcare or startup experience
