Handoff is an AI agent that runs a construction company, helping remodelers automate estimating and streamline operations. The Field & Partnerships Marketing Manager will run trade shows and events, source strategic partners, and build co-marketing programs to connect Handoff with key contractors and companies.
Responsibilities:
- Own field marketing strategy: trade shows, owned events (dinners, road trips, office events), and on-site execution from logistics to post-event follow-up
- Source and onboard new strategic partners through outbound outreach - associations, agencies, industry influencers, and complementary software companies
- Build and run co-marketing programs: joint events, webinars, referral flows, and co-branded content tied to pipeline goals
- Manage a portfolio of active partners end-to-end - relationship management, program execution, and results tracking
- Track and report on field ROI: cost-per-event, pipeline sourced, partner-attributed revenue, and conversion from field activity to booked demos
- Coordinate with Sales on account targeting before events and ensure clean, timely post-event follow-up
- Negotiate lightweight partnership agreements and manage onboarding for new partners
- Define and own the events and partnerships calendar — prioritize based on ROI potential and strategic fit
- Build repeatable playbooks for event execution and partner management
- Represent Handoff at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings - travel ~40% of the time
