They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support in both English and Spanish while handling inquiries related to durable medical equipment, home health, interpreting services, and transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about EnvoyCare services, including DME, home health, interpreting, and transportation
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, coordinating services, and resolving issues
- Troubleshoot client concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide interpretation services over the phone as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (oral and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or related field is a plus
- Associate's degree
